Before you run out of the drugs you need, book a secure telemedicine appointment with VUH. You can schedule a video call at a convenient time when you’re at home or work.

You need to provide proof that you’ve previously had a prescription for the medication you want refilled. You can do this by showing your provider an empty prescription bottle with your information on the label.

VUH sends all prescriptions, including medication refills, electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. You can then collect them when it’s convenient.
