Fill out the intake forms emailed to you, after scheduling your appointment and prior to your visit. They ask for your medical history, current medications, medicine allergies, etc.

 Yes, currently we are only evaluating and treating patients in Georgia and Minnesota. Georgia and Minnesota residents and visitors.

Virtually Urgent Healthcare operates on self-pay payments and NOT insurance coverage, therefore, anyone is eligible to be evaluated.

Virtually Urgent Healthcare operates on a self-pay payment system.  Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Credit cards and Debit cards are acceptable modes of payment. We do not accept health insurance.
