What age group is evaluated and treated by Virtually Urgent Healthcare?

Our virtual clinic sees patients from 3 y/o and older.

How do I prepare for my virtual visit?

Fill out the intake forms emailed to you, after scheduling your appointment and prior to your visit. They ask for your medical history, current medications, medicine allergies, etc.

Do I have to be in Georgia for virtual visits?

Currently, we are only evaluating and treating patients in Georgia, California, Texas, Florida and Minnesota. You do not have to be a resident of the state, but you have to be located in the state at the time of the virtual visit.

Who is eligible for Virtually Urgent Healthcare evaluations?

Virtually Urgent Healthcare operates on self-pay payments and NOT insurance coverage, therefore, anyone is eligible to be evaluated.

What payments are accepted at VUH?

Virtually Urgent Healthcare accepts insurance and self-pay payments. Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Credit cards and Debit cards are acceptable modes of payment.
